Who we are

VNBconsulting is a consultant firm specialized in sustainable business. Since all firms have differing opportunities and threats we will supply a custom made consult. A small firm is for example not a little version of the big firm. The differences between firms in production process, available (financial) means, organizational power and the position within the market have a profound impact on the most suited strategy, especially when it comes to sustainability. 

What we can do for you

We take an unbiased perspective in presenting the options that your firm faces with respect to sustainable development within the day to day business processes. Focusing on the core-product of an organization is here of evident importance. In the long run, sustainability is about the core aspects and the peripheral aspects of an organization. What is the product that you are producing/selling and what are the related environmental aspects? By focusing sustainability on the core-products, you will bring true sustainability within your organization. Greenwashing will create short-term profits, but a sustainable product will realize sustainable profits.

How we operate

VNBconsulting distinguishes itself by her powerful ambition, a transparent communication with the client and a refreshing view on a changing market environment. Merely implementing a new vision and strategy of the firm is not always sufficient. We strive for a clear and tangible plan of action which will represent a successful improvement of your level of sustainable development. On a project basis, we will analyse the organization and shed light on the relevant environmental aspects of the organization. Thereafter, the opportunities to improve these environmental aspects will be highlighted. A (financial) cost-benefit-analysis will be one of the focal points of the final advise rapport.
